This enchanting blend of fresh black truffles from Italy and La Jolla flake sea salt is the perfect combination to make any dish complete. Use this as a finishing component to eggs, pate, fries and mac and cheese. Use this to turn unsalted butter into salted black truffle butter and the possibilities are endless. It was naturally harvested using traditional techniques and the pristine ocean waters off the shores of La Jolla, California. Each batch of salt is made over the course of 72 hours and has been perfected through experimentation with different blends.
