Return Policy
Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange.  Items must be undamaged and/or unworn.  All Apothecary items are Final Sale.  Additionally, all items marked as final sale in the product description may not be returned.  All items must be brought in or postmarked within 14 days of purchase and/or receipt.  In order to return an item purchased online, you must first email us at shopheritagemercantile@gmail.com
to receive an RA number.

Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours.  Heritage Mercantile Co. is not responsible for service transit time.  Delivery time for US Domestic packages average 2-5 days while International Packages average 5-8 days.  Transit times are provided by the carrier (USPS or UPS) and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.  All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Privacy Policy
Heritage Mercantile Co. respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that you offer during your visit.  Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package to your address.

 

Vintage Items
All sales on vintage items are final (we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on these items).  We describe all vintage items, through both photography and copy, as accurately as possible.  If you have any questions or concerns at all about a particular item, please make sure to contact us before you make your purchase.

 

Damages/Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives.  Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.  No claims can be made after 48 hours.  If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately.

 

Out of Stock
While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available.  In this case, please e-mail us and we will notify you by e-mail the expected ship date.
